SVN/Graham, Langlois & Legendre Becomes Third Largest Commercial Real Estate Firm in Baton Rouge
The commercial real estate brokerage firm quadrupled size in less than two years
Baton Rouge, LA – April 4, 2016 – SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre (SVNGLL), a commercial real estate (CRE) brokerage firm servicing clients in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas, has been named by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report as the third largest CRE firm in Baton Rouge. The youngest of the top three firms on the “Listmakers Ranking”, SVNGLL was rated by number of local, licensed commercial real estate agents.
Launched in August 2014 by industry colleagues Ben Graham, CCIM, Justin Langlois, CCIM and Steve Legendre, CCIM, SVNGLLhas grown exponentially since opening its doors with only four brokers on staff. In just 19-months, the CRE firm has quadrupled its size to a team of 16 brokers specializing in Baton Rouge area sales and leasing in retail, land, office, industrial and multifamily, as well as net leased investment sales and recently added business brokerage services. SVNGLL can confirm they are currently signing on a new Advisor who will officially join the roster in April, bringing the new team count to 17.
